Reminders

Be sure to order by the discount deadline to ensure the discount pricing. All products ordered after the deadline will be priced at the regular rate. 

CARPET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACES.

Please order before the deadline or carpet will be laid in you booth at the standard rate. If you are bringing your own carpet, let us know by selecting the "bringing your own flooring" option in the "FLOORING" tab.

All carriers must check in no later than 6:30PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8'H Draped backwall
  • 3'H Draped sidewall
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign
Show Colors

Carpet is Mandatory for ALL Exhibitor Booth Spaces. Be sure to order before the discount date.

Carpet Color: Exhibit Hall is not carpeted.

Shipments should arrive between Friday, September 4, 2026 and Monday, October 5, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments

Direct shipments will be accepted on Monday, October 19, 2026 between 8:00AM-5:00PM.
